We meet every Saturday and Sunday at a various trail heads in fremont, Newark and Union City at 8am. Runners can run or walk at their own comfortable pace. We then meet up at the close-by coffee shop to talk about our days and the upcoming races. There are usually plenty of free parking spaces.

The turnout is typically between 8 and 15 runners and walkers. We run in groups of 3-6 of similar pace and ability.

There are a few of striders run almost every day of the week in the early morning. Sometimes there are groups running in a different trails. You can check the message board to see what's available. Please contact us if you'd like to participate in any of the weekday or weekend runs.
